This sitemap lists every public page of Proudjersey in one place, followed by a plain-language guide to how the store is organised and where to find answers. The list below updates automatically: categories appear once they contain jerseys you can buy, so you never land on an empty page from here.

How the Proudjersey store is organised
Proudjersey is built around a simple idea: the sport decides the cut of a jersey, and the occasion often decides the design. That is why the store has two ways in. The first is by sport, through the main menu at the top of every page: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, Softball and Bowling. The second is by theme, under the Themes menu, which groups designs for patriotic celebrations, holiday and seasonal events, faith-inspired groups and families or couples who want to match. Every jersey belongs to one sport category, and some also belong to a theme, so you can reach the same jersey from either direction.
If you are not sure where to start, the Shop link at the start of the main menu shows the whole range in one grid. You can sort it by newest, popularity or price, and each card shows the jersey, its name and its price. Select any jersey to open its product page, where you choose your size and add it to the cart.
The sport categories, explained
- Baseball Jerseys are button-front shirts with a straight hem and short sleeves. They suit leagues, fans and casual wear, and they layer well over a T-shirt.
- Basketball Jerseys are sleeveless tank cuts with deep armholes and a longer body, made for the court and for warm-weather fan days.
- Football Jerseys have broad shoulders and short sleeves designed to sit over pads, which gives a relaxed, oversized look without them.
- Hockey Jerseys are the roomiest style we sell, long and wide with full sleeves, ideal for cold rinks and winter gatherings.
- Soccer Jerseys are lighter and trimmer, with short sleeves and an athletic cut for running and training.
- Softball Jerseys include two-button pullover styles and full-button styles for weekend leagues and co-ed teams.
- Bowling Jerseys are relaxed shirts with a camp collar, worn untucked for league night.
Each category page opens with a short buying guide for that sport, covering fit, styling and team-order tips, followed by the jerseys themselves.
The themed collections, explained
- Patriotic Jerseys feature bold colour blocking and celebratory designs for national holidays, parades and community events.
- Holiday & Seasonal Jerseys cover winter festivities, spooky season and other seasonal parties, as a wearable alternative to novelty sweaters.
- Faith-Inspired Jerseys carry uplifting designs for church teams, youth groups and fellowship events.
- Family & Couples Jerseys are designs that work as coordinated sets for reunions, trips and game days.
Because a themed jersey still follows the cut of its sport, check the sport named on the product page and use the matching advice in the Size Guide.
Shopping help pages
These pages help you before and during your purchase:
- Size Guide: how to measure a jersey you already own, how each sport cut fits, how to choose between two sizes, how to size a team and how to care for your jersey. Our sizes run from S to 5XL.
- FAQs: more than forty short answers grouped by ordering, shipping, returns, sizing, team orders, payments and privacy.
- Help Center: the hub for every support topic, with quick answers, step-by-step guides and links to each policy.
- Payment Methods: how checkout works, the currency we charge in (US dollars), when you are charged and how payments are protected. The options available for your order are always shown at checkout.
Order and delivery pages
Once you have ordered, these pages keep you informed:
- Order Tracking: enter your order number and checkout email to see your order status, and learn what each status means, from processing to delivered.
- Shipping & Delivery: free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, preparation in 1–3 business days, transit estimated at 3–7 business days, and what happens with customs, address changes and late parcels.
- Cancel or Change an Order: how to change a size, design, quantity or address, or cancel an order. Changes are free within 24 hours of ordering if the order has not shipped.
Returns and refunds pages
- Returns & Exchanges Policy: the process for sending an item back or swapping it for another size or design within 60 days of delivery, including who pays postage in each situation.
- Refund Policy: how much is refunded in each situation, where the money goes and why approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days.
These two pages are deliberately separate: the returns page explains what to do with the item, and the refund page explains what happens with your money.
Contact and support pages
- Contact Us: our support email, response time (within 1 business day), business details and a table that points each common question to the right page.
- Submit a Ticket: a list of support topics, each with a link that opens an email to our team with the subject line already filled in.

- Terms of Service: the rules for using the site and buying from us, including orders, pricing, payment, shipping, returns, content you submit and your legal rights.

Pages that are not listed here
A few pages exist only to complete a purchase and are intentionally left out of this sitemap and of search engines: the cart, the checkout and your account area. You reach them through the cart and account icons at the top right of every page. Search results pages and filtered views of categories are also left out, because they are temporary views of pages that are already listed.
New categories and new jerseys appear in the list above automatically as they are added. If a category you expected is missing, it is because it has no jerseys available to buy yet; check back soon or browse the full shop.
Finding something quickly
- Use the search icon at the top of every page and type a sport, a theme or a colour, for example “hockey”, “patriotic” or “red”.
- Use the main menu for sports, and the Themes menu for occasions.
- Use the footer at the bottom of every page: it lists the company pages, the customer support pages and every sport category, the same set you see here.
- Ask us if you cannot find what you need: email [email protected] and we will point you to the right jersey or page within 1 business day.
Common journeys through the site
Buying one jersey for yourself
Start in the main menu with your sport, browse the category, open a jersey you like, then check the Size Guide link beside the size buttons before choosing. Add it to the cart and go to checkout, where shipping shows as free for the four countries we serve.
Outfitting a team
Read the team section of the Size Guide, collect every player’s measurements, then pick a design from the relevant sport category. If you would like a second opinion on sizes or need the jerseys by a date, use the team order topic on Submit a Ticket before you buy. After delivery, the Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how to swap individual sizes.
Sorting out a problem
Begin at the Help Center, which links every support topic. For delivery questions, Order Tracking shows your status; for returns, the Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the steps; for money, the Refund Policy sets out timings. If you still need a person, Contact Us and Submit a Ticket both reach our team, who reply within 1 business day.
Buying a gift
Choose a jersey from a sport or theme the recipient loves, use the gift tips in the Size Guide to pick a size, and enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. Share the Returns & Exchanges Policy with them so they know a size swap within 60 days of delivery is easy.
Accessibility and navigation tips
Every page has a “Skip to content” link for keyboard users, a single main heading and a breadcrumb trail showing where the page sits in the store, so you always know how to get back to a category or the home page. On phones and small tablets, the main menu folds into the menu button at the top left; select it to open the full list of sports and themes. If any part of the site is hard to use with your device or assistive technology, please tell us and we will help you complete your order by email while we fix it.
Keeping this page current
This sitemap is maintained alongside the store itself. When we add a page, it appears here and in the footer at the same time; when a page is retired, it is removed from both. The XML sitemap used by search engines lists the same public pages. The date at the top of this page shows when the written guide was last reviewed.
How each type of page helps you
It can help to think of the site in three layers. The shop layer is where you browse and buy: the home page, the shop, the sport categories, the themed collections and each product page. The help layer answers questions before and after you buy: the Size Guide, the FAQs, the Help Center, Order Tracking and Submit a Ticket. The policy layer sets out the rules we commit to: Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges, Refunds, Cancel or Change an Order, Payment Methods, Privacy, Terms, DMCA and Intellectual Property. Every page in the help and policy layers uses the same numbers, such as the 60-day return window, refunds within 7 calendar days and free shipping to four countries, so you never get two different answers to the same question.
