\nProudjersey is an online jersey shop for people who love the game, whatever their game is. We sell sports-style jerseys for baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, softball and bowling, along with themed collections for holidays, patriotic celebrations, faith groups and families who like to match. Every design comes in adult sizes S through 5XL, ships free from the United States to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. This page explains what we sell, how we think about quality and fit, and the promises we make to every customer.
\nA jersey is never just a shirt. It is what a softball team wears in its first photo of the season, what a dad wears to every one of his daughter’s hockey games, what a group of friends pulls on for a watch party, what a family wears to a reunion so the grandparents can spot everyone across the park. We built Proudjersey around those moments. Our job is to make it easy to find a jersey that looks right, fits right and arrives when you need it, and to make it painless to fix things when they do not.
\nThe name says it simply: a jersey you are proud to wear. That pride comes from the design, from the fit and from knowing that the shop behind it will treat you fairly if anything goes wrong. We would rather earn a second order through good service than squeeze extra out of the first one.
\nOur range is organised by sport first, because the sport decides the cut, and then by theme, because the occasion often decides the design.
\nOur Jersey Themes bring together designs for patriotic celebrations, holiday and seasonal parties, faith-inspired groups and families or couples who want to match. A themed jersey still follows the cut of its sport, so the sizing advice for that sport applies.
\nPeople often ask which jersey style suits which occasion, especially when the sport itself does not matter much, for example for a family reunion or a costume party. A few rules of thumb we share with customers:

\nEvery Proudjersey design is our own. We do not use professional league or team names, logos, crests or mascots, and our jerseys are not official or licensed merchandise of any league, team or player. We think that is a feature, not a limitation: it means you can wear your own colours, your own name, your own team’s identity, without paying for someone else’s brand. It also means you never have to worry about whether the jersey you bought is a knock-off of something else. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains our approach in more detail.
\nMost jersey returns come down to size, so we put a lot of effort into helping you choose well the first time. Instead of publishing one generic chart and hoping it matches every design, our Size Guide teaches a simple method: measure a jersey you already own and love, then compare. We explain how each sport cut tends to fit, when to size up for layering, and how to size a whole team. When we have verified garment measurements for a product, we show them on its product page. And if you would rather ask a person, send us your measurements and we will recommend a size within 1 business day.
\nWe offer eight adult sizes, from S to 5XL, across the range, because teams and families come in every shape. If the size still turns out wrong, exchanging it is straightforward: tell us within 60 days of delivery, send the original back, and we ship the new size to you free.
\nBefore a parcel leaves us, each order is checked against what you bought: the right design, the right size for each item and the right quantity. For team orders, we group sizes so the roster can be handed out quickly. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, and you receive a tracking number by email when your parcel ships. If something slips through and you receive the wrong item or a faulty jersey, we fix it at our cost, usually without asking you to send anything back.

Our customers are as varied as the sports we cover. A few of the people we had in mind when building the store:
\nWe ship from the United States to four countries: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all of them. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and the carrier’s transit time is estimated at 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of ordering. Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be charged import duties or taxes by their own country on arrival; we explain this clearly on our Shipping & Delivery page so there are no surprises.
\nWe measure ourselves by what happens when something goes wrong. If a parcel goes quiet in transit, we open the carrier investigation for you rather than telling you to call the carrier yourself. If a print arrives smudged, we send a replacement as soon as we see your photo. If a player’s jersey does not fit, we swap just that jersey without touching the rest of the team order. If you change your mind within the first 24 hours, we cancel or change the order for free, and after that we still try until the parcel leaves us. Every one of these situations is covered in plain language in our policies, and the same numbers appear everywhere so you never get two different answers.
\nA well-cared-for jersey lasts season after season. Wash it inside out on a cold, gentle cycle, hang it or lay it flat to dry, and keep the iron away from printed areas. Skip the bleach and fabric softener on printed panels. Follow the care label inside your jersey if it says anything different. These habits protect the fit and the print far better than any hot wash or tumble dryer.
\nTrust is earned in small details, so here are a few things you will never see from us. We will never show reviews or star ratings that did not come from real customers. We will never add a “only 2 left” banner unless stock really is that low, or a countdown timer that resets when you reload the page. We will never display a payment logo for a method we do not actually accept. And we will never ask for your card details or password by email.
